Online and Home Tutor - Flexible Part-Time Positions

Key Responsibilities

• * Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, and Languages.
• * Develop personalized lesson plans and educational materials tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• * Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to achieve their academic goals.
• * Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns.
• * Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum changes to ensure high-quality tutoring services.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant field (Masters degree preferred).
• * Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting.
• * Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards for various grade levels.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• * Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
• * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience
• * A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience, with a track record of helping students achieve their academic goals.
• * Experience in using digital learning tools and platforms is highly desirable.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible part-time hours that can be scheduled around your availability.
