As a Customer Care - Small Business Sales - Hybrid Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs, recommend the right arenaflex products, and provide personalized support. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers, drive sales growth, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Service inbound calls and engage with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex products

  • Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services
  • Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
  • Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
  • Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain integrity and adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices

Minimum Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication

  • Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (2+ years)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus

Work Environment and Culture

As a Customer Care - Small Business Sales - Hybrid Representative, you'll work in a hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or virtually. After the first 90 days, you'll work within the hybrid model. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly salary range: $20.00 to $21.65
