Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in our database
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry processes and customer experiences
  • Analyzing and resolving complex customer issues and concerns
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5 years of experience in customer support, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Experience with CRM software and database management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Experience in software development, research, or strategy/promotion
  • Experience in homegrown and worldwide business activities management techniques
  • Experience in non-profit financial management
  • Experience in Association Management Software Frameworks
