Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to our customers through our website and social media channels. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information
  • Creating a positive customer experience that drives sales and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our support processes

Requirements

* Valid U.S. work authorization

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
