Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Netflix Information Specialist to join our remote team. In this 100% Home Office role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical information across our platforms. You will work closely with various departments to manage and update data related to content, member services, and operational processes. This position requires excellent analytical skills, a meticulous approach to data, and the ability to thrive in an independent, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update critical information within Netflix's internal databases and systems.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and customer service teams to gather necessary information and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Generate regular reports on data quality and integrity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new data management tools and processes.
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Provide support for information requests from various internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry, information management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with database systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment or streaming industry.
  • Previous experience in a 100% remote work environment.
