- Expertise in technical domains related to autonomous systems, defense technologies, or software-defined hardware.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to guide the organization in meeting business objectives.
- Experience in scaling operations, creating market entry strategies, and ensuring export compliance is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills to represent the organization effectively across industry partners and events.
- Holds an advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field; experience in the defense or autonomous systems sector is a plus.
