Power Automate (Power BI and Power Apps) Analyst Remote/Remote Hybrid

Job Description The Role We are looking for a Power Platform Developer who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a high-impact team based in Southern California. This role is a 50/50 split between Power Apps (building the tools) and Power BI (visualizing the results).
- Modern Stack: We don’t just do basic forms. You’ll be working with Dataverse, Power Automate, and custom integrations.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 Years Experience: You’ve built at least 2–3 functional Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven) from scratch.
- Data Viz Junkie: You know how to make Power BI reports that don't just look good, but actually answer business questions.
- Process Thinker: You can map out a workflow and see where Power Automate can save 10 hours a week.
- Location: Open to all US-based candidates, with a preference for local, So Cal Inland Empire, LA etc. to optimize occassional in office if required.
- Budget Sensitive this role is a high visability support role ideal for 2+ years experienced candidates looking to grow
