Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional on our Virtual American Express Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, electronic environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound calls, resolving issues and promoting American Express products and services

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of American Express Private Business Services (SBS) products and services, including features, benefits, and key selling points
  • Enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing sales
  • Provide accurate and timely record-keeping, adhering to established procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and compliance, adhering to all relevant administrative and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer care and sales environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building client relationships and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, electronic environment
