Resume Sourcing Specialist

We are currently looking for a motivated Part-Time Resume Sourcing Specialist to assist in finding and sourcing candidates for our current and upcoming job openings. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resume Sourcing Specialist to help identify top talent for our IT job openings, including roles for Application Developers, System Engineers, and Quality Assurance professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing resumes from various platforms and job boards, reviewing candidate profiles, and ensuring alignment with job requirements. This is a part-time, flexible role with the option to work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Source resumes and candidate profiles from job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice) and other online platforms. Review candidate profiles to assess fit for open positions. Maintain and update candidate databases. Communicate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and sourcing needs. Provide regular updates on sourced candidates and their status. Assist in creating candidate shortlists for review by hiring managers. Maintain confidentiality of candidate information. Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages (C#, Java, Python), frameworks (React, Angular, .NET), databases (SQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience in Development & Testing: Understanding of the full software development and testing lifecycle, including Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation tools (Selenium, Postman).
