Risk Mitigation Manager
Posting Date 05/15/2026 4033 Tampa Rd, Ste 102, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677, United States of America The Risk Mitigation Manager provides technical support, process assessment, root cause analysis for ACT acute, home and chronic programs within DaVita. This is a bio med technical role. Candidates must be comfortable and familiar with repairing dialysis machines and cleaning water systems. *This is a fully remote position. Candidates must physically sit in CST/EST timezones.* Responsibilities: Review facility data reports to identify acute, home and chronic programs that could represent potential enterprise risk. Provide technical support to ACT programs including development of Plans of Correction (POC) with routine follow-up. Evaluate operational compliance with relevant requirements which include: DaVita policy and procedures, Joint commission requirements, CMS Conditions for Coverage, AAMI standards and other applicable regulations. Collaborate with internal DaVita divisions, including but not limited to, Risk, SOS, Teammate Safety, Hospital Services Group, Infectious Disease Team and Home National Team, on identifying enterprise risk programs. Identify and share best practices Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years nephrology technical experience Experience in CQI methodology and techniques Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to presentations and use internet effectively High School Diploma What We’ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
