Implementation Consultant Role Purpose The Implementation Consultant is a core delivery role responsible for configuring NetSuite, proposing practical solutions, and translating defined requirements into working system functionality. This role represents the transition from executor to solution contributor.
Key Responsibilities
Configure NetSuite to meet business requirements Propose small to medium solutions using native NetSuite capabilities Support client workshops and solution walkthroughs Ensure configurations align with best practices Core Functions & Tasks Configure modules, forms, workflows, and preferences Design and build saved searches, reports, and dashboards Support data migration and integration testing Document configurations and support knowledge transfer Assist in UAT execution and defect resolution Behavioral Expectations Solution‑oriented and pragmatic Comfortable working directly with clients Balances speed with system integrity Communicates clearly and manages expectations Actively seeks feedback and improves solution quality Desired Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of NetSuite or ERP implementation experience Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules Ability to translate business needs into system configurations Good documentation and presentation skills NetSuite Experience NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification preferred Experience with saved searches, workflows, and standard reporting required Apply To This Job
