Telemarketer
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketer to make outbound calls, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a natural ability to engage people over the phone and a drive to hit daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists Introduce products and services clearly and persuasively Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately after each call Follow approved scripts while adapting naturally to conversations Handle objections professionally and maintain composure under pressure Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets Qualifications and Experience 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar outbound role Confident and persuasive communicator with a resilient attitude Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily Basic computer literacy and CRM experience Target-driven and self-motivated to perform in a remote setting Reliable home office setup with stable internet and a quality headset Good command of English; additional South African languages are advantageous Matric certificate required Salary: R14,000/month + commission | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
