Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Weekday Closer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and meeting potential members, providing a great customer experience, and showcasing the benefits of arenaflex membership
  • Handling front desk-related tasks, such as:

+ Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns + Taking info calls and tours to provide personalized support to prospective members + Assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information

  • Facilitating member services issues and questions, and forwarding to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed
  • Maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Honesty and a strong work ethic
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

As a Customer Service Representative Weekday Closer, you'll be required to:

  • Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift
  • Talk in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
