Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives by:
- Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written surveys and providing honest feedback on products and services
- Following oral and written instructions, and using products and/or services provided for each panel
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new topics and products
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the research process
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
