This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll work directly with clients who have requested information, helping them understand their benefit options and guiding them through the process. - Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
- Schedule and conduct benefit overview appointments
- Educate clients on available products and coverage options
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Build long-term client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and development
