Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Chat Coordinator to join our remote team in Ohio. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through multiple interactive channels of communication. Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Chat Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through multiple interactive channels of communication. You'll be responsible for recognizing and responding to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
  • Embracing a Mentality of Doing the Right Thing: You'll be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of customer issues, using your problem-solving skills to deliver first contact resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Delivering Results: You'll be responsible for delivering results through exceptional decision quality and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Acting as a Brand Expert: You'll be the go-to expert on arenaflex policies, procedures, and promotions, providing accurate information to both internal and external customers.
  • Providing Peer Support: You'll work collaboratively with your team members, providing peer support and guidance as needed to ensure that everyone has the resources they need to succeed.
  • Using Established Tools and Procedures: You'll use established tools and procedures to identify, organize, and categorize information, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Manage Complex Issues: You'll have the ability to manage complex issues and de-escalate situations, using your problem-solving skills to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to Create Innovative Solutions: You'll be able to create innovative solutions and processes that enhance the customer experience, using your creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver results.
  • Great at Leveraging Technology: You'll be comfortable leveraging technology and navigating multiple systems at once, using your technical skills to deliver results.
