We're now seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and respectful
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or G.E.D.

  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a home improvement industry or related field

  • Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
