Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
