Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Administrative & Data Entry Duties

  • Enter and update client travel information, bookings, and preferences into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, pricing, and policies, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of travel expenses, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Conduct research on travel trends, destinations, and exclusive deals, staying up-to-date on industry developments and providing valuable insights to our team.

### Scheduling & Customer Service

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and internal team members, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely communication.
  • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, phone, and chat, delivering personalized service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback, driving continuous improvement and enhancing our service offerings.
