Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems using a computer with internet access
  • Maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure high productivity
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own judgment to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reading, understanding, and following oral and written instructions to ensure seamless data entry operations
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office and data entry software to perform tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve any data entry-related issues or concerns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data entry processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record in data entry or a related field (previous experience is not necessary, but it's a plus)
  • Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy (25 words per minute input is required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities to ensure high-quality data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team
  • Previous experience in data entry for a healthcare or eye care company is advantageous, but not required
