Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Support Agent to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via live chat, resolving issues, and answering questions related to our products and services. Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support to customers via live chat, answering questions, and resolving issues related to our products and services
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Thinking critically and solving problems to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in computer skills: You'll need to be comfortable using a range of computer applications, including MS Office, PLM, and SAP basis.
  • High school diploma: While a degree is not required, a high school diploma is essential for this role.
  • Customer service experience: You'll need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems efficiently to resolve customer issues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: You'll need to be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
