Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our content development team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform our content strategy. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and untapped content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
• Streamline our content release and episode release process to optimize engagement and retention
• Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Passion for media and entertainment
