Manager, Executive Social Media Strategy & Engagement

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Franklin Templeton Investments' executives, with a focus on engaging audiences and driving results. Lead and manage all executive social media accounts, including content creation, publishing, and monitoring. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media strategy with overall business objectives and initiatives. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth and improvement. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the company's social media presence. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and media outlets to increase brand awareness and engagement. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging and guidelines. Provide guidance and support to executives on social media best practices and ensure their participation in strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and communications, to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of campaigns. Manage social media budget and allocate resources effectively. Train and mentor team members on social media strategy and best practices. Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Proactively identify and mitigate potential social media risks and crisis situations.
