B2B Marketing Strategist (Orthodontic & Dental Marketing Agency)

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

This is a full-stack marketing role with a strong client-facing component. You will conduct audits, build strategies, run campaigns, and manage monthly client relationships — while also owning HubSpot end-to-end to drive and track performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Internal Brand Marketing (HIP & Neon Canvas)

  • Own marketing strategy for both HIP and Neon Canvas across paid, organic, and content channels
  • Oversee all active paid campaigns on Meta and Google — directing copy, creative, offers, budgets, and strategy in partnership with the internal paid media team
  • Support the internal sales team with quality, qualified lead flow from campaign activity
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaign performance based on data

Trade Shows & Events

  • Own the trade show marketing strategy for both brands — from pre-show promotion and booth messaging to post-show follow-up campaigns
  • Define clear goals and success metrics for each event and hold the team accountable to them
  • Ensure lead capture, HubSpot entry, and follow-up sequences are in place before every show
  • Measure and report ROI for each trade show and use that data to inform future event investment decisions

B2B Client Audits & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive website, SEO, and marketing audits for prospective B2B clients in collaboration with the Practice Advisor — approximately 5 per month
  • Translate audit findings into clear, prioritized marketing strategies with defined execution plans
  • Own the strategy deliverable — not just the discovery

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary client contact for a portfolio of 10 B2B accounts — owning the relationship from onboarding through retention
  • Lead 5 monthly client calls per week, each requiring dedicated prep and thorough post-call follow-through
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities, warning signs, and areas where clients need more support
  • Maintain client trust through consistent communication and follow-through

HubSpot & Data Analysis

  • Serve as the internal HubSpot owner — responsible for the platform's integrity, structure, and performance across all top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel activities
  • Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot automations and workflows that support lead nurturing, client onboarding, follow-up sequences, and retention — for both internal brands and client accounts
  • Own all HubSpot field definitions, data structures, and contact/company/deal properties to ensure clean, consistent, and actionable data across the platform
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards that surface meaningful insights for internal campaigns, sales pipeline, client account health, and trade show ROI — not just activity metrics
  • Manage and audit lead capture forms, landing pages, and tracking to ensure every top-of-funnel source is properly attributed and flowing into the right pipelines
  • Build and maintain deal pipelines and lifecycle stages that accurately reflect where prospects and clients are across the sales and retention process
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and wins across HubSpot data for both internal brands and client portfolios — and use those insights to inform campaign decisions and strategy conversations
  • Ensure HubSpot hygiene is maintained: regular list audits, deduplication, data integrity checks, and field standardization across all contacts and accounts

KEY METRICS

  • Lead quality and volume delivered to the internal sales team from paid campaigns
  • Campaign ROAS across Meta and Google for both internal brands
  • Trade show ROI — leads captured, follow-up completion rate, and pipeline generated per event
  • Client retention and satisfaction across the B2B account portfolio
  • Audit-to-strategy conversion: quality and clarity of deliverables for prospective clients
  • HubSpot reporting accuracy and timeliness across all accounts
  • Monthly check-in completion rate and client-reported communication quality

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years in a marketing role with direct responsibility for paid campaign performance and client-facing work
  • Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns that generated measurable, qualified leads
  • Ability to conduct and deliver professional website, SEO, and marketing audits for prospective clients
  • HubSpot proficiency: reporting, pipeline visibility, contact management, and data analysis
  • Polished, professional communicator — comfortable leading client calls, presenting strategy, and managing difficult conversations
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset: you can look at data and know what it means and what to do next
  • Self-directed and organized

Nice to Have

  • Experience in dental, orthodontic, or healthcare marketing
  • Agency background with exposure to multi-client account management
  • Familiarity with SEO tools
  • Content strategy or copywriting experience that supports campaign and brand work
