This is not a beginner role. This is not for techs trying to get into sales. This is not for people from unrelated industries. This opportunity is for someone who has already produced at a high level and knows how to close replacement systems in the home. • know how to control the sale from start to finish
• can handle objections without dropping price
• can close consistently on real leads, not just tech turnovers

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Residential HVAC in-home sales experience
• Must have sold replacement systems, not just service or maintenance
• Must be able to show $3M+ in annual production
• Must be comfortable running 100% marketed leads
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
