As a Work from Home Insurance Sales Executive, you’ll connect with warm leads, guide customers through policy options, and help them secure coverage that meets their needs. - Contact and follow up with pre-generated, qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
- Explain policy terms, benefits, premiums, and claim processes clearly
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients remotely
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and reporting goals
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update client status
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, or BPO is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
- Ability to work independently and close sales virtually
- Laptop/smartphone with internet connectivity
- IRDA certification (preferred but can be facilitated for the right candidates)
