Benefit Specialist, Consumer Driven Healthcare
Description Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt. Duties
- Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule
- Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively
- Adjudicate claims on occasion
- Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Have strong typing and 10-key skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required
- Be highly motivated
- Have positive attitude
- Reliable
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
- Ability to work well within a team
- Spanish speaking useful
Education and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
