Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone interactions. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns

  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position
  • Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or client-facing environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone interactions
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email management tools, and live chat platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being part of a collaborative team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's e-commerce platform and products
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry standards
