Key Responsibilities

  • * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • * Assist users with account management, billing issues, subscription plans, and payment concerns.
  • * Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, device compatibility, and software updates.
  • * Educate customers on Hulus features, policies, and service offerings.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • * Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance metrics.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer support experience.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Familiarity with streaming platforms, digital subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting.
  • * Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM software.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • * Experience working remotely and managing customer interactions via multiple communication channels.
  • * Background in the entertainment, media, or tech industry is a plus.

  • * Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
