Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that our clients receive a "wow" experience

  • Process prescription approvals for veterinary medications, working closely with our pharmacy team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our Veterinary provider team to provide comprehensive support and education to our clients
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide informed support to our clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, veterinary technology, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or veterinary setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process prescriptions and handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a pharmacy or veterinary setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations and veterinary medications

  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Veterinary Technician (CVT)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
