Overview

PAI serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Ramsey and Washington counties of Minnesota, providing services that foster learning and connections with the community. PAI has been a leading provider of day and employment services for 35 years, and offers a compelling blend of stability and opportunities to support growth and change. The board member role is an opportunity for experienced professionals to flex their skills, learn new ones, and make a difference in the lives of special people. Board members attend four board meetings per year and serve on at least one committee (Finance, Development, Program/Operations, Executive). Experience in these areas is of particular interest: Accounting/finance, business management, nonprofit management, healthcare, government, advocacy, fundraising (not a fundraising-focused role), business services, and healthcare. Summary of Board Member Responsibilities
