Family Law Attorney
We’re hiring at Atticus Family Law, S.C.. We’re looking for a Minnesota-licensed associate attorney with family law experience to join our team in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to focus on practicing law, not chasing down admin work. Our attorneys are supported by experienced paralegals, strong systems, and a collaborative team so they can do their best work for clients. What this role looks like:
- Manage your own family law caseload from start to finish
- Appear in court, mediations, and hearings (in person as needed)
- Work closely with a team that actually supports you
- Use established systems that keep cases moving efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Minnesota licensed attorney, in good standing
- 2+ years of family law experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a team
