Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Outside Retail Loan Officers. The role involves originating loans, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include building client relationships, evaluating financial information, working closely with underwriting teams, and providing exceptional customer service. Outside Retail Loan Officers will actively seek new business opportunities and maintain in-depth knowledge of available loan products to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience as Loan Officers, with expertise in Loan Origination and customer-focused financial solutions
- Proficiency in Finance and knowledge of lending processes
- Understanding of Underwriting practices to assess and validate loan applications
- Strong Customer Service skills to guide clients through the loan process and build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Relevant licensing and certifications, such as NMLS, are highly preferred
- Previous experience in the mortgage or lending industry is advantageous
