Anheuser-Busch, LLC seeks a full-time Global Manager-Threat Intel Engineering based in St. Louis, MO. Responsible for leading IT teams in engineering Threat Intelligence operational solutions in coordination with the Security Operations Center, The Israel Tech Hub, and Tech Ops and Security leadership, according to established standards. Work as an IT project manager, alongside a team of cybersecurity specialists. Responsible for developing, deploying, operating, and modernizing Threat Intelligence capability that integrates Threat Intelligence frameworks with threat defense operations, threat hunting, deception, data protection, and attack surface reduction to reduce risk. Mitigate threats to AB-InBev’s data and systems; research, investigate, and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions to develop roadmaps to support the improvement of security posture of the organization; apply relevant controls to allocated tasks, taking responsibility for outcomes, and reporting information as required; identify, escalate, and contribute to dealing with any risks that could impact AB-InBev’s operations; contribute to set expectations, supervise, monitor, coach, and support zone project team members to ensure that they maximize performance, meet required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities; take personal responsibility for understanding and meeting performance expectations, completing the necessary training and developing the levels of capability and competence necessary to be effective in the job; encourage and support colleagues to work effectively together; and demonstrate the behaviors needed to foster a collaborative, high-performing, customer-oriented and commercially aware working environment across the function. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems, and monitor project milestones and deliverables. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans, schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects, and direct and coordinate activities of project personnel.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field
  • 3 years of related experience
  • 24 months of experience with each of the following: 1) Experience leading IT teams in engineering and threat intelligence involving hands on knowledge of offensive and defensive CyberOps, and technologies like Nmap, Wireshark, Linux and Metasploit; 2) Experience developing, deploying, operating, and modernizing threat intelligence capabilities and frameworks with threat defense operations, threat hunting, deception, data protection, and attack surface reduction to reduce vulnerabilities; 3) Experience mitigating threats to data and systems for a company or organization; 4) Experience researching, investigating, and evaluating emerging technologies, industry specific trends, and vendor solutions to develop roadmaps to support the improvement of security posture of a multinational organization; and 5) Experience managing projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems, and monitor project milestones and deliverables
