We're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Agent to join our consumer-facing customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building trust and relationships with our customers, providing accurate and timely support, and driving business growth through strategic recommendations.

What you'll do

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Handle inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a positive and supportive experience
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer support
  • Update, revise, and expand upon existing customer support documentation, contributing to the growth and development of our knowledge base
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs, driving business growth and revenue
  • Work part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Who you are

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who embodies the arenaflex product and service-first culture. If you:

  • Have 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)
  • Embody a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs and experiences of our customers
  • Feel deep accountability for the consistency and overall experience of our product
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Are comfortable working in a remote environment, with a strong emphasis on written, video, and phone communication

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
