Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Specialist in our Remote Customer Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating customer needs and providing solutions or referrals to other team members as needed
  • Rotating through various technical specialties and skill sets to stay up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment where product offerings and customer needs are constantly evolving
  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates

Key Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
