The Services Consultant will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. This position involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Provide expert advice on how to best leverage our software solutions to meet their needs. Implementation Support: Assist clients in the implementation of software solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal setup. Provide hands-on support and training as needed. Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products. Work closely with the technical support team to escalate and address complex problems. Customization and Optimization: Advise clients on software customization and optimization to enhance performance and efficiency. Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements. Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our software. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides. Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback on software performance and usability. Collaborate with the product development team to recommend and implement improvements. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development. ​ Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in software consulting, technical support, or a related field. Experience with [specific software or industry] is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in [specific software, programming languages, tools]. Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes. Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
