Civil Drafter (US Based Client) at Intelassist

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Austria Employment Type: Full-Time Employment Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup. Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Pacific Time Zone) Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly About the Client: The client is a civil engineering consulting firm based in the United States, specializing in land development and site planning services. They support residential, commercial, industrial, and multi-family development projects across the United States. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce Complete Civil/Structural Construction Documents for Permitting
• Using AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and Drawing Production adapting to the company's drafting structure and style.
• Get directives from Engineer Project Manager in a short zoom call or phone conversation.
• Perform site layout design, conceptual grading design, and storm/utility layouts with direction from engineer.
• Directly report to the Team Leader the daily project updates and tasks

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
• Atleast 4 years of work experience in Civil Engineer.
• Proficient in CAD Drafting and Design.
• Ability to utilize AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and Drawing Production.
• Experience working with US based client is a plus.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and ability to adapt to our company drafting structure and style.
• Needs to have an eye for graphic quality and drafting standards for conceptual and construction-level drawings.
• Ability to understand the effort level and product quality desired based on a short zoom call or phone conversation.
• Good communication skills with project manager, able to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to perform site layout design, conceptual grading design, and storm/utility layouts with direction from engineer.
• Engineering skills could be gradually used more and more as the project manager is comfortable with it.
