Job Overview

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our team in Karnataka, India. As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our pricing analytics & operations team. You will be responsible for auditing operations teams' and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or technology)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
