Job duties: Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule - your preference. Just need to be local to Las Vegas area for court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
- NV bar
- Recent insurance defense experience
