Job Summary

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients through live chat software. Your primary goal will be to engage with website visitors, address their queries, and resolve their issues in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. With 90% of queries requiring canned responses, this role is simple to learn, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat software, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues

  • Utilize canned responses and knowledge base articles to efficiently address common queries
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection
  • Located in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
