Retail Business Intelligence Program Manager
Retail Business Intelligence Program Manager Long-term contract (12 month+) 100% Remote The Business Intelligence (BI) organization is leading several enterprise initiatives focused on modernizing analytics capabilities and enabling scalable, insight-driven decision making. We are seeking a senior Program Manager to support delivery across a portfolio of BI and analytics initiatives. This role will operate as an extension of the internal BI leadership team and partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure disciplined execution and strong governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for multiple priority business intelligence initiatives
- Provide program-level governance, coordination, and delivery oversight across a portfolio of analytics programs
- Establish and maintain integrated plans, dependencies, milestones, and delivery sequencing
- Own delivery discipline including RAID management, status reporting, financial tracking, and change control
- Drive cross-functional coordination and decision making across BI, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Prepare executive-ready materials including roadmaps, dashboards, status updates, and steering committee content
- Support executive governance forums through meeting preparation, aligned messaging, and follow-ups
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and vendor performance
- Manage external vendors and ensure alignment to agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations
Preferred Experience
- Senior Program Manager with 7+ years of experience
- Proven background supporting business intelligence, analytics, or data-driven programs
- Experience in Retail and/or Client environments strongly preferred
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in complex, evolving environments with ambiguous requirements
