What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting delivery flow information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborating with customers, consumers, and delivery drivers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to package delivery
  • Partnering with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel as a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
