Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote work setting or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Experience with CRM software and data management systems
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
