As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via live chat.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers regarding arenaflex products and services.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues accurately in the system.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating online platforms.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
