Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and driving sales through effective recommendations and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a WOW experience
- Sell top fitness products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions
- Make effective recommendations and introduce customers to our VIP Family perks
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales in a high-volume call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- High-speed internet and a reliable computer or laptop, with a quiet and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Certification in customer service or sales
