Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting records submission and clerical work, utilizing various job approaches and treatments, and acquainting yourself with plan features, services, policies, and processes.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing customer phone call data, including updating and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
  • Providing administrative support, including profile page creation and updating, filing, information access, and document production.
  • Creating and updating customer service issue tickets, and supporting the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process.
  • Managing the business's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers, and seating them to their appointed offices and conference rooms.
  • Alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment and handling overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs.
  • Performing general office roles, such as submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task work.
  • Responsible for checking stock products.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
