Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst in our Innovation Office, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business teams by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our business clients to understand their needs and develop quality technical solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions that meet their needs
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines
- Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and execution to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Act as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and Innovation teams
- Participate in system and acceptance testing
- Scope of work varies depending on the project task
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
- Essential knowledge of technical environments required
- Openness to Agile methodologies is preferred
- Essential understanding of project management procedures
- Critical thinking and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
- Past investigator internship experience within the past year is preferred
- Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, and empathetic
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data visualization)
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
