Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues that you're not equipped to deal with, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
  • Liaising with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues, demonstrating a collaborative and problem-solving approach
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, to help us refine our products and services
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to inform product and service improvements
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they're introduced, staying up-to-date on the latest developments
  • Attending workshops and meetings as required, embracing opportunities for growth and development
  • Providing training to new customer service agents, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them succeed
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous
  • Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous, but is not required
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients, fostering a culture of trust and loyalty
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go the extra mile
