Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, and tailoring your responses to meet their expectations.
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Promoting interest in client products and services through proactive engagement and personalized recommendations.
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times, reflecting arenaflex's values and brand identity.
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and tone.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software, including data management and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
